He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, John Harper (late Andrea) of Poultney, VT, Casey Harper (Jennifer Watson) of Berlin, NJ, Keith Tartaglia (Carrie) of Waxhaw, NC and Adriana Tartaglia of Gulf Breeze, FL.; and his sister Mary Lee Martin of Naples. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
