He is survived by: his girlfriend Tammy Lyn Marchesani; his siblings, Marianne E. Nolan (Brian), Robert T. Hicks, Dianne M. McCollum (David) and Stephanie A. Cook (David); his nieces and nephews, Erin Leinhauser (Sean), Patrick Nolan, Sean, Thomas McCollum, Allison, Jeremy and Jonathan Cook; his cousins, Jan Hines and Eileen Vassalluzzo; his girlfriend's children, Mitchell, Maverick and Montanna (Tony); and his grandchildren, Magdalena and Nicolino.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations in his name be made to the American Cancer Society.
