She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Peterson; her grandmother Lillian F. Jones; and her father Mayor Ralph Peterson, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Jennifer Armstead, Michelle Armstead-Taliferro and Ralph Peterson, Jr.; and her cousin Rev. Kevin M. Peterson. She is also survived by aunts, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
