He was predeceased by: his mother Leronia Pullem; his son-in-law Lawrence Williams; his grandson Jesse Waylon Person; and his sister Helene Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Williams; his wife Sylvia Pullem (Thornton); his grandson Aaron P. Person (Charee); his sisters-in-law, Dorothy, Elouise and Veola; his brother Clayborne Barnes; his goddaughter Myra C. Moore (Willie); and his cousins, Kristine Mines, Juanita Person and Mad Lee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
