She was predeceased by: her mother Victoria Lee Ballard (Chudomelka). She is survived by: her father James Lee Ballard; her husband Jason Gage; her children, Victoria (Raheem), Scott (Breanna), Samatha, Moriah and Zachary; her siblings, Renee Jackson (Jesse), Katina Dickerson (Monk) and James Fraction; her nephew Ty'Aire Moore; and her grandchildren, Aaron, Avery and Ivor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
