He is survived by: his son James Walter Bryan, Jr. (India); his stepchildren, Jacqueline Scott (Barry), Tara Pittman (Derrick), Richard Scarlett, Jr. (Anita), Ronald Scarlett and Robert Scarlett (Helen); his nieces and nephews, Juanita Vickers (Coy), Judith Winbush (Anthony), John Davis (Antoinette) and James Davis; his grandchildren, A'mour and Jace; and his cousin Arthur Washington (June). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-nieces; great-nephews; great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
