He was predeceased by: his spouse Regina Marie Shockley. He is survived by: his children, James Shockley, Jr. (Melinda), Patrick Shockley (Karen), Gary Shockley (Mary) and Anne Marie Pruzina (John); his grandchildren, Amanda, Lauren, Katelyn, Daniel, Patrick Jr., Carly, Michael and James III; and his great grandchildren, Angelina, Neil and Liam.
