We bid farewell to Herbert H. Wood Jr. of Atco, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 16, 2024 at the age of 87. Herbert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert H. Wood, Sr. and Anita Wood (Hurter); and his brother John Wood (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Wood (Lang); his children, John Wood (Carla Franceski Wood) of Lancaster, PA, Herbert Wood III (Melody Wood) of Woodstown, NJ and Colleen Raco (Jim Duda) of Hammonton, NJ.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Wood, Lindsey Thomas, Kimberly Ruocco, Heather Chew, Melissa Raco, Joseph Raco, Bryan Wood and Sarah Wood; his great grandchildren, Kayla Wood, Leah Butcher, Dylan, Colin Thomas, Kamilla and Colston Chew; and his sister Patricia McSorley (Richard).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM.
