He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip and Mildred; and his son George Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Juneann K. Smith; his son Chris Smith (Nikki); his brothers, Phil (RoseAnn) and Robert (Rose Anne); his grandchildren, Joshua (Holly) and Nyssa; his great grandchild George III; his nieces, Christina, Stephanie and Debbie; his nephew Tom; and his pet Buffy.
