Laurel, NJ.; his grandchildren, David Sullivan III and Noella Sullivan; his close friend Francine Maier of Hammonton, NJ; his nieces and nephews, Kelly Sallade, Kimberly Hawk (Mason), Michael Mason, James Sallade and Brian Sallade; and also Daniel Trembley of Oklahoma City, OK..
