He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Marshall; his children, Stacey Marshall (Laura Hayes) and Kevin Marshall; his grandchildren, Joy Phero and Kendall Marshall; his great grandchild Chloe May Kubat; and his siblings, Charlotte Chabot, Frank Marshall and Thomas Scattergood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
