He was predeceased by: his parents, June Blatherwick and Charles Blatherwick; and his brother William. He is survived by: his wife Carol Blatherwick; his children, Joy Beth, Lucas (Jessica), Adam (Sandra) and Chad (Melissa); his grandchildren, Annika, Mason, Jacob, Sarah, Charlotte and Chase; his brother-in-law Joe; and his close friend Rocky. He is also survived by loving extended family and dear friends.
