She is survived by: her children, James Duda, Michele LaPollo and Lisa Forte (Gary); her grandchildren, Heather Smith (Lawrence), Christopher LaPollo (Jessica), Jessica Duda, Kallie Duda, Alyssa Duda, Zoei LaChapelle-LaPollo and Logan Forte; her great grandchildren, Madyson Johnson, Rylei Johnson, Richard "Bubba" Reader, Julian LaPollo, Colt Smith and Dallas LaPollo; her sister Zofia Zatuska (Edmund); and her niece Gosia Czyzewski (Jozef). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
