We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2023, at the age of 48, Andrew Polak of Atco, New Jersey, born in Audubon, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Edward J. Polak. He is survived by: his pets, Maddie and Lucee; his mother Marylynn E. Polak; his sister Dr. Helen E. Polak (Robert Stickland); his cousins, Kimberly Morgey (Keith Wiley) and April Gray (George); and also, Jillian and George.
