He is survived by: his son Andrew; his wife Becky; his daughter Amanda Murphy; his son-in-law Christopher Murphy; his grandson Noah; his sister Lisa Engborg Roberts (Ross Koeser); his nieces and nephews, Sarah Roberts and Will Roberts; his mother-in-law Irma Jewell; his siblings-in-law, Anne Ederington, Judy Jewell, Joe Jewell, Jan Jewell and John Jewell; and his nieces and nephews, Benjamin Ederington, Josh Ederington, Emily Penfield, David Freeman, Matt Jewell, Ryan Jewell, Mason Jewell and Emma Jewell. He is also survived by cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration.
