He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lacey (Snyder) and Howard C. Lacey. He is survived by: his daughter Jean Takacs; his nieces, Kelly L. Williams and Millie Kieran; and his wife Mildred (Ellicks). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
