She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Edwin Diefendorf and Dorothy Endicott Kelley. She is survived by: her husband Craig Slack; her children, Kelley Smallberger (Ray), Terrence Slack (Leigh-Anne), Travis Slack (Cristina) and Cody Slack; her grandchildren, Leila, Aaron (Terrence) and Reagan (Travis); and her siblings, Gretchen Bugsch and Warren Diefendorf III.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elizabeth's name to the charity of your choosing.
