With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charleen Louise Peters (Asbury, New Jersey), born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, who passed away on August 15, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Howell Mutchler; and her brother Randy Mutchler. She is survived by: her husband Raymond "Smoke" Peters; her daughter Candy; her son-in-law Frank Van Middlesworth of Urbana, MO; her sons, Joe Peters of Asbury, Dave Peters (Kathy) of Asbury and Jeff Peters (Meghan) of Elgin, TX.; her mother Mary Ellen Mutchler; her sister Mary Margaret Erb of North Carolina; her sister-in-law Leslie Mutchler of Belvidere, NJ; and also Arlene Golovko of Asbury. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and a multitude of nieces, nephews and cousins.
