She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Nixon and Willow Murphy; her husband Charles S. Mack; her siblings, Matilda Bell, Cornelia Murphy, Alex Murphy and Samuel Murphy; her children, Theresa Hasty and Charlton Mack; and her grandson Marcus Morgan.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Mack; her grandchildren, Richard Morgan, Charlton Morgan, Ajamu Mack, Joseph Mack, Daniel Mack, Annette James Sonja Mack (Eric), Tyhesha Mack and LaNayia Hasty; and her great grandchildren, Karla, Todd Kyle (Nya), Tavonna, Philip, Cassey, Keynin, RuShaun, Jashawn, Sakeah, Nadir, Kasahn and Kahlee. She is also survived by great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
