He is survived by: his sons, Rufus Shamar Moton and Lawrence Christopher Moton; his grandchildren, Lawrence Christopher Moton, Jr., Amiracle La'Faye Spikes, Jersey Cole Moton and Leo Hunter Moton; and his siblings, Linda Rivers and Mark Moton.
