Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lula Smallwood (Asbury Park, New Jersey), who passed away at the age of 75, on February 19, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Randolph and Polly A. Randolph; her son Steven A. Randolph; and her sisters, Frances Busch and Bertha Mills.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Richard Terrance Randolph (LaRhonda) of Neptune, NJ and Regina Randolph-Guthridge of Lakehurst, NJ; her brother James Randolph of Nep Lula; and her grandchildren, Kiana, Kaiah Guthridge of Lakehurst, NJ, Jordan Randolph of Neptune, NJ and Makai Suit. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
