He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Roberts and Helen Browne; his siblings, Louis Jr., Walter Roberts, Joanne Clarke and Jeannie Roberts; his wife Dor (Jacqueline Covin); and his children, Cheryl Roberts, Jeff Roberts and Tyrone D. Covin.
He is survived by: his son Shawn Covin; his daughters-in-law, Katrina Covin, Jasheema Roberts and Aisha Strong; and his grandchildren, Kashaun, Trevon, Tygeria, Cheyenne, Quasia, Just-Asia, Justice and Halo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends.
