She was predeceased by: her brother Arrigo O. Rogers; and her father William Burnam. She is survived by: her significant other Deacon Dwayne Horner Sr. of Red Hook; her stepson Dwayne Horner Jr. Minister Larence; her mother Sheran Thomas-Young of Deltona, FL; her sisters, Carla Scales-Boyd of Clemson, SC, Rasheda of Neptune, NJ, Kali Young of Neptune, NJ and Vernita Miller of Jackson, NJ; her cousin Reverend Robert Sykes of Asbury Park, NJ.; her niece Sakena Scales; and her nephews, Tajh, TJ Boyd, Malik Young-Akbar, Seikou Young-Ward and Kameron Miller. She is also survived by one great nephew, three great nieces, and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
