He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Tugman and Claris Tugman; his close friend Odester Taylor; his siblings, Lucille, Lola, Leonie, Lenford, Linval and Phillip; his niece Robin; his nephew Kurt; and also, Gail, Marlow, Tawanda and Kenneth. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
