He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Owens of Orange, N. J and Jaqueline Owens of Neptune, N. J; his stepdaughter Edie Rogers; his sons, Curtis Owens of Asbury Park, N. J, Darren Owens of Belmar, N. J and David Owens of Brick, N. J.; and his grandchildren, Tykesha, Nyheem, Wahliyah, Omar, Shannah, Yasin, Hanif, Jadea and Syrasia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
