She was predeceased by: her parents, Agustin Santiago and Tomasa Soto; and her siblings, Alejandro, Manuela, Elizabeth and Augustina Santiago.
She is survived by: her husband Efrain Caraballo; her brothers, Francisco Santiago and Cristino Santiago; and her children, Graciano, Ivette, Marguerit, Evelyn, Angel and Jeanette Torres. She is also survived by her twenty-two grandchildren, and forty-three great grandchildren.
