She was predeceased by: her husband Angelo R. Petillo. She is survived by: her children, Anthony of Asbury Park, Joseph P. (Karen) of Brick, Mike (Louise) of Oceanport, Angelo G. of Wall, Patrick (Dawn) of Wall and Donna Marie Urbanik (Joseph) of South River; her grandchildren, Karilyn Adra (Mustafa), Michele White (Christopher), Jodi Petillo, Andrew Petillo (Zoe), Jennifer Rapuano (Bobby), Jillian Petillo, Colleen Petillo, Juliet Petillo, Angelo R. Petillo, Michael Petillo, Joseph Urbanik and Gina Urbanik; her great grandchildren, Mikey White, Nico White and Tori Rapuano; and her brother Jerry Katelhon (Joan). She is also survived by mother and she dedicated every aspect of her life to being a devoted wife and raising her children.
