She was predeceased by: her husband Jim (Hazel); her parents, William Smolka and Anna Smolka; her siblings, Willy and Diane; her daughter Jennifer Kaye McGaha; her son-in-law John McGaha; and her grandson Ryan McGaha.
She is survived by: her siblings, Elaine Anisko, Valerie Whipple, Thomas Smolka and Carol Zaruba; her children, Jimmy Kaye (Bridget), Ann Webster (John), Veronica O'Connor (Stefan), Chris Kaye (Debra), Diane Gunn (Dennis) and Amy Lindsay; her grandchildren, Daniel Kerrick, Matthew, Michael, Peter, Phillip Kaye, Katherine, Elizabeth, Chris, Andrew, Angela Webster, Nick, Jeanne, Theresa O'Connor, Olivia Kaye, Grace, Daniel Bernardo, Blair, Carley Lindsay, Rebecca and Cara McGaha; and her great grandchildren, Isla, Naomi, Raelynn and Ruth.
