Geraldine Virginia Cox Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Virginia Cox of Asbury Park, New Jersey, who passed away on February 17, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Kellam and Helen Mae Kellam (Trusty); her husband James Ernest Cox; her daughter Cheryl Cox; and her brother Joseph Kellam (Margaret).
She is survived by: her sons, James E Cox (Terry), Earnest Cox (Sonja) and Gerald Cox, Sr.; her grandchildren, Kyle Cox, Jasmine Cox, Gerald Cox, Jr., Gerell Cox and Nia'Skye Cox; her great grandchildren, Sage Cox and Cameron Padgett; and her sister Brenda Smith (Joseph). She is also survived by family members and friends.
In light of the evolving situation with COVID-19 virus, we are making adjustments to adapt to the current health emergency.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to go to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Geraldine Cox at act.alz.org.
