He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fahoury and Selime Fahoury; his brother Edmund; and his son-in-law Timothy Betterly. He is survived by: his brother Collision Works; his wife Susan; his stepson Michael Gow (Olga); and his children, Dr. George Fahoury, Jr. (Susan) of Rumson, Joanne F Betterly of Little Silver and Douglas Fahoury (Mary Grace) of Boulder. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
