He is survived by: his children, Everett Cheavers Jr. (Felicia), Eric Cheavers (Rose) and Erika L. Cheavers; his grandchildren, Dequan Cheavers, Maurissa Cummings, Maurice Cummings, Eric A. Cheavers, Gabriel and Diana; his great grandchildren, Reyse Cummings, Kastyn Cummings, Adiella Cheavers, Atara Lael Cheavers, Abigail Cheavers and Azariah Cheavers; his niece Arvia Johnson (Pumpkin); and his brothers, Darren and Andre Harper.
