She was predeceased by: her father Daniel James; her husband George L. Howard; her mother Ethel James Howard (Blanding); and her brothers, Ulysses and Stephen James.
She is survived by: her children, Darryl Howard, Cheryl Hitchens (Charles), Kimberly Davis (Mark) and Jeannene Howard; her sister Rosa Jackson; her sister-in-law Cynthia James; her grandchildren, Joshua Fordham, Joey Banks, LaHi Fordham, Maile Fordham, Jenay Johnson (Calvin), Justin Davis (Kareli), Logan Howard, Jason Davis and Jordan Davis (Whitney); her great grandchildren, Mikah-Isiah Johnson, Caleb Johnson, Isia Tucker, Asia Tucker, JaKari Johnson, Gianna Dawson, Aisha Kosofsky, Nava Davis, Sai Davis, Mikaila-Grace Johnson, Maya Davis Lizarraga and Rey Davis Lizarraga; and her great great grandchild JaKobi-Eziah Johnson.
Viewing will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hooper Memorial Home Inc. (3532 Walnut St, Harrisburg, PA 17109). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
