She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cottman and Helen Carrington Cottman; her husband Charles; her children, Edward Warrick and Charlotte Mack; and her siblings, Kermit Spence, Wendel Cottman, Frederick Cottman, Ernestine Spence, Gertrude Spence and Roseta Cottman.
She is survived by: her son Charles Warrick Jr.; and her grandchildren, Pauline Pryor, Kimberly Mack, Ernest Mack III, Alexandria Warrick Adams, Heather Kofi, Jennifer Craig, Ameer Warrick and Imani Warrick-Archie. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
