Hicks; her children, Henry Armstead, Nicole Hicks, Nadia Jones (David) of Norfolk and Virginia; her stepdaughter Sharon Hicks of Las Vegas; her siblings, Ada Goldfarb, Willie Wright, James Dees and Ellis Dees of McComb, Mississippi.; her grandchildren, Tyree, Tyrah, Tyasia, Shannel (Dave), Na'Rayah Daniya, Davionne, Monifah, Saadiq, Sahmad, Skye, Halo, Duncan Jr. and Kaya; her great grandchildren, A'Zaria, Tempest and A'laysia; and her close friends, Theresa Joshua and Joyce Story. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
