She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Rose McDonough and George P. McDonough, Jr.; her sister-in-law Jackie McDonough; and her pets, Maggie and P. B..
She is survived by: her children, Maryann Baret (Scott), Lucy Brainard, Robert I Brainard III and Margaret Brainard-Bland (Peter); her grandchildren, Alex, Max, Nolan, Ryan, Sean and Richard; and her siblings, George McDonough (Nancy), Jane Hetzel (Paul), Kevin McDonough (Kay), James McDonough, Brian McDonough and Sean McDonough. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
