She is survived by: her mother Lottie Tobie; her aunt Lena Bradford; her children, Dennis Plummer, Robert Plummer and Katie Rice; her grandson Steven Rice; and her brothers, David Tobie, Rickey Plummer and Walter Tobie (Earl "EJ" Whittaker). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many relatives and friends.
