She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Montz and Dorothy June Montz; and her brothers, Andrew Montz and Michael Montz. She is survived by: her brother Richard Montz (Cathy) of Lake Worth, Florida.; her son Douglas Cook (Joann) of Bullock, NC; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Amanda, Nicole Boud, KellyAnn, Nicholas Cook, Ryan and Justin Cook; and her great grandchildren, Makayla and James. She is also survived by her family and close friends.
