He was predeceased by: his parents, Maureen C. Mooney (Decker) and Brendan A. Mooney; and his brother Thomas Joseph Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Amy Mooney (Rumphrey); his daughters, Jessica Mooney and Kelly Mooney; his siblings, Kevin, Cathy, Eileen and Kerry (John); his aunt Alana Decker; and his nieces, Shannon Mooney, Elizabeth Mooney, Abbey Jurist and Alicia Ruppert.
