It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marjorie Apgar (Annandale, New Jersey), born in Long Valley, New Jersey, who passed away on November 18, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent George Ader; her son Jay C. Apgar; her grandsons, John Lazier and Rickie Lazier; her great grandchild Christopher Juliano; and her siblings, Orville Ader, Lloyd Ader, Blanche Dilts and Angie Hoffman.
She is survived by: her great-great-grandparent Annandale; her parent Ella Ader; her husband Preston Apgar; and her children, Beverly Lazier of Oxford, N. J. and Gerald Apgar of LaPorte, Texas. She is also survived by two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Calling hours took place on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon with funeral service following at 12 noon, all at Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home, 26 Main Street, Lebanon, N.J. Interment was at Mountain View Cemetery in Cokesbury, N.J. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cokesbury United Methodist Church, 230 Cokesbury Road, Lebanon, N.J. 08833.
