It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason M. Hart of Annandale, New Jersey, who passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John "Jackie" Hart and Carol Hart (Chernetsky); his pet Xena (Salvina Polizzi Hart); his sister Michelle Hart-Dertinger; his siblings-in-law, Kat, Annie, Alessia and Mark; his parents-in-law, Mario and Mary Grace Polizzi; his uncle Joe; and his aunt Magda.
