It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Theodore Mathisen (Annandale, New Jersey), who passed away on April 30, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank T. Mathisen Sr. and Grace Mathisen (Meitzler). He is survived by: his spouse Gabriella Mathisen (D'Amato); his children, Susan Anne Mathisen of New York City and Peter M. Mathisen (Catherine) of Annandale, NJ; his brother Robert Mathisen of Vero Beach, FL.; and his grandsons, Paul Mathisen and Ted Mathisen.
