He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Siegel and Phyllis Siegel (Blum); his wife Nancy Ellen Siegel; and his siblings, Phyllis Neely and Walter Siegel.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Siegel (Leigh) and Missy Siegel; his grandsons, Joshua and Matthew Siegel; his sister Jeri Urynowicz; and his friend Debbie Purdy.
