He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Insinga; and his wife Levenia D. Insinga. He is survived by: his parent Mary Insinga (Mauceri); and his children, Mary Anne Fleet of Colorado, Jean Loucks of Colorado, Anita Drake of Washington State and Ruth Enkiri of Maryland. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
