We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2021, at the age of 87, Patricia Ann Rafferty (Andover, New Jersey), born in New York, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Fasanella and Sadie Fasanella (Boylan); her husband Henry; and her sisters, Helen, Mildred, Agnes, Anna, Cecelia and Mary.

She is survived by: her sons, William (Marylou), Francis (Patricia), Daniel (Jill) and Raymond (Jill); her grandchildren, Michael (Kayla), Matthew (Nicole), Caitlin (Stephen), William, Kelsey, Nicholas, Daniel, Kristen, Kelly, Nicole, Megan and Erin; and her great grandchild Colin.
