He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Holley and Elizabeth Holley (Ozswart); his wife Jaqulin Holley (Burns); his son John Michael Holley; and his siblings, Charlotte Begraft and Joseph Holley.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Holley (Merijo) of Kaysville, David Holley and Debi; and his grandchildren, Darryk, Braedyn, Brooklyn, Nicholas, Cassidy and Bentley.
