He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Dilks, Sr. and Doris Erb Dilks Moore; his stepfather Robert E. Moore; and his brothers, Donald L. Dilks and James D. Dilks, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Debra J. Dilks (Miller); his children, Raymond Garris (Shannon) of Hampton, VA, Nancy L. Brawley (Kevin) of Quinton Twp and Kathrine E. Handte (Michael) of Alloway, NJ.; his grandchildren, Tara Atlas (Jeremy), Michael Handte (Kellie), Cody Garris (Abigail) and Chad Garris; his great grandchildren, Ryder Grossmick and Kayleigh Garris; and his brother Mickey P. Dilks of Vineland. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
