She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Daniel Vernon Chard; her daughters, Arielle Rose, O'Hara Rose and Mekel Rose Chard; her parents, David Schermerhorn and Sharon Schermerhorn; her grandparents, Laura Rose, Glen Schermerhorn, Loretta and Ralph Gregory; and her siblings, Rhonda D'Onofrio and Eugene Schermerhorn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels, Disciples Pantry, and Meningioma Mommas.
