She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her sons, Ken Farlee (Kim) and Michael Teyhen (Marta); her granddaughter Taylor Farlee; her brother Craig Fouratt (Sharon); her nieces, Michelle and Melissa (Michael); her stepdaughters, Stacey Crabtree and Jennifer Ortiz; and her daughter-in-law Marta.
