He is survived by: his son Owen Jr. of Allentown; his children-in-law, Nancy Briggs of Allentown and Jack Gartland of Allentown; his significant other Margaret Murphy; his grandchildren, Megan Nowak (Jason), Justin Gartland (Jill), Laura Princiotta (Anthony) and Julie McGowan (Paul); and his great grandchildren, Patrick Nowak, Jack Gartland, Joey Gartland, Makayla Princiotta, Isabella Princiotta, Noelle McGowan and Luke McGowan.
