She was predeceased by: her husband Jacob W. Kopec; and her brothers, John J. Adam and Stephen M. Adam. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Kopec, Joyce Potrykus and Michele Leone; her grandsons, John, Michael and Steven Bohn; her sister Elizabeth Zargiel; and also, Michael Bohn Jr., Dorothy Adam and Helen Stansky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
